The house is located in the heart of Kleinarl which is completely at your disposal. It is about 100 m behind the road sign “Kleinarl” in a quiet perfect position.
You can expect modern amenities and space for 8 (up to 10) guests!
Our holiday-house
Your cmfortable accommodation in central position was built in 2010. There is enough place for 8 (up to 10) persons for relaxation and self-fulfilments.
Families enjoy the friendly room layout:
- 2 triple bedrooms
- 1 double bedroom
- living room with kitchen
- 2 bathrooms (one with toilet)
- 1 toilet
- 2 balconies
- garden
- play room with boardgames, darts, soccer table...
- room for skiers and for drying boots
The house can also be leased by two persons!
Everything is near at hand
Our guests appreciate the mixture of silence and perfect location. You can park your car in front of the house and even spend a holiday in Salzburg Land without your car thanks to great infrastructure. The bus stop, ski lifts and hiking trails are all close to your accommodation.
Enjoy your holidays with cross-country skiing – the track passes behind our house. You can also reach restaurants, stores and bars easily on foot.
